The stops were convienent. The roof was on which was very helpful in blocking the sun. The stops were not well marked and the information we got once purchased was very confusing. The interactive maps were not accurate in times or location directions. Had no trouble in Athens using the same service but overpaid for this service.Luisa

It allowed me access to the cathedral when the tickets were sold out and the guide was very knowledgeable . However, we had to wait 45 min in line and there were issues with the mics.Kenny

The guide was very informative and the cathedral is very nice. Personally it's more beautiful from outside the inside. We chose the 9:30 tour but be aware the church opens at 10am and we still had to wait on the line. So, we started lining up 9:30 and entered the church around 11:00. So, not sure what the skip the line feature is. Otherwise, it was a nice experience and the painting on the domo is really impressiveNina

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The A line is wonderful for getting to know different places in the old town. I used this line very intensively for 2 days. I took the B line once, which takes you to the outskirts of Florence so you can also see other parts of the city. However, this bus takes a 15-minute break in Fiesole. I am very grateful for this bus option, as it allowed me to explore Florence very well.

Florence Cathedral
The crowning glory of Piazza del Duomo of Florence, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, is a treasure trove brimming with artistic wonders. Within the 30 minutes of your English guided tour, you’ll get to admire the three elegant naves, adorned with masterpieces like Bandinelli's marble choir and stained-glass windows by Andrea del Castagno, Donatello, and Ghiberti. Walk on a mesmerizing carpet of polychrome marbles and gaze up at Vasari's frescoed interior of the colossal Dome, a true marvel of Renaissance architecture.
