    • Treat yourself to a unique chocolate-making workshop at the Paris chocolate museum, where you step behind the scenes of the world's beloved treat.

    • A self-guided museum tour is included with your ticket, where you get to explore the 4,000-year history of chocolate, from its sacred role in Aztec culture to its significance in French royal courts.

    • In a 45-minute workshop with a pro chocolatier, you'll get to experience how to dip, swirl, and top your very own chocolate creations, adding a dash of fun.

    • Try out different topping combos, get creative with designs, and take home a box full of 250–300g of chocolate you crafted yourself, as a sign of sweet success.

    • Fun fact: Back in 1545, in Tlaxcala, Mexico, you could pay with cacao beans. 100 beans got a turkey hen, 3 beans a turkey egg, and 1 bean a ripe avocado or a large tomato.

    Getting started

    Arrive at the chocolate museum at least 15 minutes before your scheduled workshop. After a brief introduction, your chocolatier will guide you through the chocolate-making session. Your ticket also includes a self-guided museum tour, which you can enjoy before or after the workshop at your own pace.

    Located in the heart of Paris, Choco-Story Paris takes you through 4,000 years of chocolate history, brought to life with interactive exhibits, authentic tools, and unlimited chocolate tastings. In the 45-minute workshop, you will dip, mold, and decorate your own chocolates with expert guidance and take home the sweet treats you crafted yourself.

  • What to bring

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled workshop to allow time for check-in.

    • Keep a valid photo ID handy for entrance checks.

    What’s not allowed

    • Ages 6 and younger are not permitted to participate in the workshop.

    • Late arrivals are not accepted and tickets are non-refundable.

    • Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

    • Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.

    • Stroller and pram access is available.

    Additional information

    • Instructions will be provided in French and English.

    • Children aged 7-10 must be accompanied by an adult during the workshop.

    • Audio guides are available at the welcome desk for 3€ per person in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, and Dutch.

    • Descriptive panels throughout the museum are available in French, English, and Spanish.

    • The last admission to the museum is at 5pm.
