I still remember the panic in my chest when I realized I was the only one in my group without a ticket. The Louvre was sold out, and time was running out. But the customer service team never gave up on me. They worked quickly and reassured me until, finally, my ticket arrived two hours before our visit. Thanks to them, I could stand in front of the Mona Lisa with my friends, not outside the gates.

I am sorry to say this was in no way a pleasant experience. We arrived at the museum and found out that for that date entrance was free and you had charged us 4 entry tickets. I would assume that if you consider yourself a reputable organization you should reimburse us. This was the beginning of a visit which really disappointed us about a French company

Arrive in front of the Louvre pyramid at least 1 hour before the tour start time! You will have to wait in line as everyone books tickets! Having said that entered then without any problem and visit done excellently! Through app in the afternoon also took boat on the Seine! Beautiful visit! I highly recommend booking via App!

Permanent collection and temporary exhibitions co-existing harmoniously in a beautiful building. The fact that there are no big queues makes this experience one of the highly recommended in Paris. It can be combined with a nice walk in the surrounding area, even though the museum per se has a nice gift shop, garden and coffee shop.

The dimensions of the museum alone are impressive. However, you should be there at least 60 minutes before your chosen time because it takes so long at the security checkpoints. Unfortunately, we had much less time than planned due to this delay. We queued at the entrance under the pyramid directly from the metro station. However, it is also the vacation season.

The staff was on strike. We had to wait 2 hours with tickets preordered. French exhibits were grand. Mona Lisa cried poorly managed! No opportunity to enjoy or take on this famous piece!
