What a beautiful view of the city. I booked for 345pm so by the time I got to the top I got to see the city during the day, and then got to watch the gorgeous sunset. You could see Mount Fuji as well. Off season so the mountains had a few low clouds but I'm sure it's even better during the summer. Easy to get to. Delicious food vendors outside. 10/10 recommend for the price and the new perspective of the city.

Since my last visit in 1994, it has been 31 years until my second visit. For me, Tokyo tower is not just a tourist spot but a place full of memories. Back then, my wife and I have planned to have our first child. And our daughter was born 10 months after our first vist.

The tower was interesting, but the commentary from the elevator operators was unintelligible due to the lack of volume and the speed with with they spoke. They also faced directly into the elevator controls rather than facing the people in the elevator. The trip to the top deck was fun.

Tokyo Tower is a great place o visit. The views are stunning, and if the weather allows you can see Mt. Fuji! Go there in the late afternoon, so you can see the city in the light, watch sunset over Mt. Fuji, and after a short time you see the city with all lights. Amazing!
