The minute I walked in, I was amazed by all the lights. All the staff were friendly and nice. Everyone was helpful if I needed directions. The kingdom of lights was beautiful. I have never seen so many lights. I was in awe. I loved it and the show was amazing. It was the best thing I had ever seen. Everything was so carefully thought out and the actors and actresses were amazing and they would let balloons fall down and they just made it special. It felt magic and I got to feel like a little girl again. I would recommend for everybody to try and go at least once in their life

The park is amazing, seriusly. The park is good for children and adults, offering a good intertainment. I liked the river show and the kingom of light so much! Maybe the ticket section should improve organization, expectially for those who bought ticket online and have to do the line again. And I would raccomand to fasten the service of ordering and preparing meals. For the rest the staff was kind.

Overall, it was an incredible experience! 10/10 would suggest. It surpassed all our expectations and we really enjoyed the whole trip. Roy and Mr. Sexy made the day enjoyable and brought such positive vibes from start to finish. We were given fresh fruit and a steady supply of cold water. The boat was clean, comfy, and had toilets. All the crew members were attentive and friendly, even joining us for snorkeling to point out fish. They clearly knew their stuff, and the info about each island was clear, plus the boat driving was excellent. The inclusion and package mentioned PADDLEBOARDING which was the main and only reason I chose this package compared to all other packages but upon check-in, the guide mentioned that there is no PADDLE BOARD and in the history, there never was. Even after I showed him my ticked and itinerary, he did not do anything to assist me. Furthermore, the boat was overbooked and we had to squeeze to sit together. A very big letdown!

The 'River Carnival' parade show takes place at the River Palace Paradium (parade stadium) at 8:30pm, with the gate opening at 8pm, and runs for approximately 45 minutes; on selected pre-announced dates, an additional show may be held at 6:30pm, with the Paradium gate opening 30 minutes before the scheduled parade time.

Bird of Paradise buffet dinner starts from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It may be extended from 5pm to 9pm on busy days.
