Very good the amount of services and train schedules available. Very complicated and unfriendly application and its operation. It is not simple or intuitive, difficult to find reservations and tickets, and is complicated with a regular wifi service. The Rail Planner app needs to be improved and is difficult to use.

We rode the Eurostar from London to Paris. Bought the Global 10 day pass first, and now all the train journeys are so cheap to secure seats. Paris is amazing in Autumn and if this is off peak, then I couldn't cope with more people. Such a busy city. Off to Switzerland tomorrow on another train adventure.

Once you have obtained your tickets, everything is very easy. However, getting the tickets, planning the trip and booking the seats is extremely complicated. There are many options, you have to follow a sequence that is not indicated anywhere, you get to dead end results, there are options like saving a trip that make no sense, because they are useless, or naming a trip and then there are no options of what to do with that. It was extremely complicated it took 2 to 3 hours to get a ticket and the next time the sequence was not right, it was an exhausting and unnecessary effort, they could make it simpler and friendlier, the options could be something additional after getting a ticket. The system is cumbersome, unfriendly and above all has no simple logic.

This pass cannot be sold or used by residents of Europe, the Russian Federation, and Turkey.
