On a quick trip to Paris with lots of sights to see we were closed out of the Louvre. The particular week we were there the Lourve required reservations. Nothing was available for the days we were free. Reading so many warnings about fraudulent ticket brokers I was concerned about buying through a third party. Headout is real. Nothing to worry about. It cost just a little more than buying directly, but they had available tickets. We were able to access the museum at our preferred time. I take one star away because of the audio guide that came with the package I bought. Not worth it. If in this situation again, I would use Headout.

He was incredibly friendly, warm, and humorous. With his easygoing, fun personality, he immediately put everyone in a great mood. At the same time, the tour was extremely informative and exciting. We learned plenty of interesting facts and stories about the Eiffel Tower and Paris, which made the visit even more special. You could genuinely tell how much joy and passion he puts into his work! The reserved access with the elevator was also very convenient. Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view across all of Paris. OMG.. this was the most amazing thing I have seen.. it was amazing. the dancers, the colours the entertainment was next level. Most magical place to go... Family friendly, plenty of rides, merchandise for everyone and plenty of food outlets. Easy access via Metro. I want to come back again. Recommend watching the Animation live shows.. And the Arrendale area there is a live show performance by Elsa Anna and Olaf on ship by the water. And of course lots of bubbles everywhere. Fantastic atmosphere

The boat trip was very nice and adds a relaxing experience to the city trip. The bad part: you need to download the app to have access to the tickets and the app needs iOs 18, so people with older versions can't have the tickets. Just send them to an email like most sevices do, because once we left Paris - the app gets deleted, but the forced download leave a bad taste.
