In general, a satisfactory experience. But on Wednesday September 17 we waited for nothing for the first 12:30 bus, which never showed up. Then the 1.30pm bus arrived, and gave no explanation or excuse for this double waiting time in the sun, on the corner of a super busy and noisy street.... but hey, we're in Italy and we're happy about it!!!!

The possibility of the division of the outer part of the city and the inner part is a great idea and gives the new arrivals a better orientation visit. We had a wonderful time and was able to visit the sites that attracted us the most. Thank you

There are many areas for improvement.#Some seats had bad audio. There weren't so many people so I was able to change, but if it's full it's a big problem. #Waited over an hour at one stop because I was two seconds late for a bus and the driver wouldn't open the door for me, the next bus was "reserved" so they wouldn't let me on. #not all the staff was friendly. #the directions on the app are not accurate. Several times I ended up waiting at places that were not stops. #I tried to phone before the inconvenience for help and the phone number listed on the page does not work.
