  • What to bring

    • Comfortable shoes are recommended as the tour involves climbing 300 stairs.

    • Bring a valid photo ID if requested at the entrance.

    • Essential information and menus are available on the official Sydney Opera House website; review them before your visit.

    What’s not allowed

    • Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed and cannot be stored in the cloakroom.

    • Baby strollers are not permitted inside the venue (complimentary cloakroom is available for prams only).

    • Video recording is not allowed during the tour.

    • Additional food and drinks not included in the Tour and Dine menu are not permitted.

    • Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

    Accessibility

    • This tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs.

    • The tour involves climbing 300 stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

    • Your meal can be redeemed at House Canteen or Opera Bar between 11:30am and 6pm, or at Midden by Mark Olive between 11:30am–2:30pm for lunch or 5–6pm for dinner.

    • Venue access and dining are subject to availability at the time of your tour.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

    • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

    How to redeem:

    • Please present your mobile voucher at the Sydney Opera House Welcome Centre on the Lower Concourse 15 minutes prior to the tour for your ticket stub for the tour.

    • Each ticket stub is valid for 1 Main Meal and Drink from Opera Bar of House Canteen during 11:30am - 6pm on the day of the tour. The Ticket Stub must be presented to the Opera Bar or House Canteen staff when ordering from the Tour & Dine menu at the counter.
