The tour of Venice was the absolute highlight of my vacation. We walked through the less touristy parts of the city and were taken through quiet and authentic inner streets. I especially loved the area around Campo Santa Margarita, where locals go about their daily lives. Our guide, Marco, was very knowledgeable with an undertone of humor that kept us in a good mood throughout the 2-hour walk. He even showed us ice cream shops that are not on the tourist radar and I must say: they were so much tastier than the ones in St. Mark's Square! I would recommend wearing walking shoes as there is a lot to walk on and there are a few steep bridges to cross.

Food was excellent, cruise was very good, great pace and opportunity to go outside and take photos. The docking experience was not great, it was very chaotic and as a result of that lots of people pushing to get a place in the queue and unhappy clients who had been there for a while ending up at the back of the queue for boarding. The literature sent out states first come first served which I believe was probably the reason for peoples anger at this but actually as we boarded the boat tables had been allocated. If you state this in the literature clients would not be getting so unhappy or upset with the staff or each other.

The experience in Theo boat was awesome. We wanted to see Paris by water while having dinner and the italien menu was an excellent choice. The organisation was perfect and the food tasty. We would go on the roof of the boat while waiting for the next meal, and this was a good way to enjoy the view and take pictures. At some point, one staff came remind us that the dessert is served, which we appreciated!

The food was very delicious, the Tramisu was heavenly and the service was cordial and timely. The ambiance was relaxing and refreshing. We saw lots of monuments from the boat ride, the Lourvre, the National Assemply house, great shots of the Eiffel Tower from the boat. Will sure come back and recommend the ride to all my friends!

The location was easy to find based on the instructions they left on the website. I was lucky enough to see the Eiffel tower shimmer at 9pm! As a solo traveler, i was sat in the middle and was treated like everyone else. They were polite and assisted when needed. It got a little chilly so bring a sweater for when you go to the top of the boat. The food was delicious and the disembarkment was smooth.

We enjoyed the actual route through the Siene. The food was good as was the wine we selected. The staff was average and there was tension with a server losing his temper across the room. I would say make the seating a little less crowded but I know that would eat into your profits. Overall good and would do it again,

Good food and pretty views, a bit overpriced and even water was an extra charge. The truffle pasta was delicious and the appetizer was also. The tiramisu was only average though. I wish we got an explanation of the sights.
