The driver was very punctual and gave us interesting information. The van was clean, fairly new, and well heated. The tour was fantastic thanks to a simply perfect audio guide. The time available to visit the castle was just right; we didn't have to rush. Highly recommended.

We have problems with the booking, yesterday we book an at the stop the driver wasnt there, today when we arrive at the place the app told us to be at 8:30 am and we were there from 8:00 am and it wasn't until we had wi-fi that we got a message that said that we had to be at 7:30 am not 8:30am as the app says. We ask do a Solution and it was none solution, we ask for a refound or a Reschedule and same answer, even when we didn't got the correct info
