Our two daughters took part in the Dolphin Experience. As parents, we were allowed to watch. The facility is spacious, beautifully designed, and well maintained. The trainers are extremely friendly and seem to have a very good relationship with the animals. There’s an introduction about how to interact with dolphins, with around 20 participants. The group was then split up, and 5 to 6 people went with one trainer to one dolphin. Once in the water with the dolphins, each group spent about 30 minutes with them, getting to touch the animals and do two special activities—such as being pulled through the water. These activities vary depending on the size of the participant and to keep things interesting for the dolphins. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

There were zero issues with the booking, everything ready and waiting for our arrival. The staff at the dolphin experience were very attentive and knowledgeable and made the experience all the more memorable for it.
