When planning my visit to Universal Studios, I just googled it, looked at buying tickets, and followed the process. Once I had bought them, I realized that I hadn't bought them on the official website. Oh my God, the first thing that came to mind was, "I've been scammed," or maybe I bought them at a higher price. I felt something run through my whole body, since I had bought nine tickets. I felt a great relief when I realized that although it wasn't the official website, it was a reliable website (I received the email with the tickets in an instant). Since that day, it has become my favorite website for making purchases. I love it!

The truth is, I recommend everyone visit Universal Studios. You won't regret it. It's a great place to go with the family. I especially liked the Harry Potter castle and other attractions. I recommend visiting Universal Studios in California.

With the express pass we passed quickly to all the attractions, it was a very nice experience. All the activities were great, we had a lot of fun. The only thing we didn't like was the customer service at the studio tour attraction, the staff was very unfriendly. Otherwise it was spectacular. We are people who speak Spanish and the same people who speak Spanish did not want to serve us in our language or simply served us in a bad way. We didn't find it curious and other people who didn't speak the language made an effort to speak it and help us in the best way. That's all I hope this helps improve customer service.

    I spent a wonderful day at Universal Studios Hollywood with my boyfriend. I came from London, where it has been raining constantly lately, so I’m really glad to have arrived in sunny Los Angeles.We chose to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday here at Universal Studios Hollywood. We were very lucky to experience all the rides and attractions, and I even got my favorite Toothless souvenir. We also bought matching tops to remember this trip.I think I will definitely come back to Los Angeles, and I would love to visit Universal Studios Hollywood again. Being here helped me forget many of my worries — peer pressure, the stress of job hunting, and pressure from my parents. Sometimes, even just having one genuinely happy day feels difficult.
