Overall purchase was successful. I booked online but from the venue as the in-person queue was long. My issue was that your processing of the purchase took a long time. Around 30min. I managed to get entry based on the booking number even though the tickets hadn't arrived.

We upgraded to a guided tour of the top level. There were 2 of us and only I of us was given the audio device for the information included in the guided tour. Not only that ... there was only one ear piece - not even 2 so I didn't get to hear anything.. I should receive a refund. Had there been 2 ear buds we could have shared. Unacceptable to,pay for a guided tour and be given one.

it was all round good experience, a little bit difficult to access the tickets, had a hard time trying to get at code up. was a little annoying that i had to download an app in order to see the tickets

It was a fun and relaxing way to see the sights of Tokyo on our first day in the city. Staff were very friendly and spoke English so it was all an easy process. We visited Tokyo tower and had no issues hopping back on the next bus once we had finished our visit.
