Simply EXCELLENT—the service provided by our guide, Ali Mansy, was spectacular; he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about Egyptian history. What I want to highlight is THE RELIABLE SERVICE—EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. We visited the GEM with Mohammed yesterday. The museum was truly spectacular and impressive. Our tour guide explained everything really well. We felt very comfortable as a family. Mohammed speaks excellent German and, despite his young age, has an enormous amount of knowledge. We highly recommend this package. The transfer was also very punctual, and the driver was very nice. 5 stars!!

It was a smooth and timely pickup to GEM by our driver who was very kind and helpful. He waited with us in the airconditioned car while we waited for our guide. We skipped the line and then our guide took us for coffee inside once we went into GEM. We had a history lesson while having coffee to make us aware of certain aspects regarding the exhibitions, including how the ancient Egyptians every decision was influenced by religion. It was an absolutely amazing visit with the museum and its exhibits are a must see for everyone. A world class sight and worth a visit to Egypt to see in conjunction with the magnificent pyramids!
