The best thing about buying the tickets online is that we went with the confidence that we wouldn't have to wait in line. But there was no entry line to speak of. A few people were entering at the same time we were, but we could just as easily have bought the entry tickets on site and still not found it necessary to wait in line.

Well coordinated entrance - however, it would be nice if you said that AFTER having entrance with ticket, you can leave luggage and go to washroom - because in some museums (fx Neuschwannstein Castle) you have to leave luggage and go to toilet BEFORE time-slot entrance.

A really well presented collection of art from different periods and of different subjects. The setting is perfect. Such a stunning palace and grounds which make the visit even better as you enjoy the architecture of the building and some of its history too. I particularly enjoyed reading about some of the history such as the signing of the 1955 treaty in the Palace. The medieval art was stunning. And it was great that you are allowed to take photos. Only slight niggle was that having been advised to get there at least 15 minutes before your ticket time, we got there early, and were then made to wait until 5 minutes before the allocated time slot before we were allowed in. I guess if we'd been late, we'd have been turned away? Other than that it was a great afternoon.
