The Imax movie theater was great. As were the many technical exhibits, from cars and motorcycles to space travel. And the opportunity to experience interesting technology directly inside. The Antonov, which was in flight service until it landed in Speyer and looked pretty patched up inside, from riveted sheet metal to a worn pilot's seat, was fascinating. Just like the Soviet Union. Regarding Headout: the tickets sent consisted of the confirmation with identification number. It would have been appropriate to provide information here that you can use this to obtain the tickets at the ticket office.

I ordered the tickets (Technik Museum Speyer) online. I was very worried about a QR code, which I did not receive. It was unusual for me to order something without any proof. Then the headout team reassured me...I should just go to the museum reception and show my order. And bang, everything works! They had already prepared my tickets and IMAX cards on site and given them to me without saying anything... That was a great organization...thank you

The desk person insisted on a printed ticket. The print screens on my phone were not accepted nor even looked at, although identical. Before ordering online this inefficient requirement for an e-ticket is not stated anywhere, only on the ticket last stage and where I stayed on travels was no opportunity to print. After some discussion she was finally willing to print it at the desk and took (the identical) info from the paper and handed a QR code ticket. When I left it was mentioned that this has been an exception, next time and when busy they could not to this and would refuse, so I probably had to feel that I had been luckey this time, not exactly customer friendly. Odd and inefficient process for a Tech museum. Please include the QR code in the e-ticket (as normal anywhere) and guests go through the gate not needing a reception at all.. Helps the world to go paper less and save some trees.. Museum as such was really worth the visit though.
