The tour duration was also quite long, around 2 hours, so it felt worthwhile. The bus was very comfortable, and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient experience, especially for first-time visitors who want to see many attractions in one trip.

Had a wonderful experience on the KL Night Light City Tour..! The city looked absolutely beautiful at night, with the stunning lights and lively atmosphere making the tour really special. Good vehicle and commentary. You need to improve: -timeliness. We had to be there 15 mins early but you bumped us in to a bus that left 15 mins late although we were 1/2 hr early. -you need to be explicit with regards to the need to pick up tickets and buses will be allocated on when the tickets are bought rather than on allocated time. -you need to organise the loading better. Being pushed and shoved while have racist abuse levelled at us was offensive. You need to do a better job of crowd control.

My husband, his 2 MD colleagues, and I had a wonderful time on the KL Hop-On Hop-Off Night Bus Tour. The city lights were spectacular, and the cool, breezy atmosphere on the open-top bus made the ride truly enjoyable. The ticket registration process was smooth, and the boarding lines were well organized. A few areas could be improved. We weren’t able to access the onboard Wi-Fi, the QR code for the audio guide didn’t work, and at times it was difficult to hear the driver’s announcements. Despite these minor issues, the tour was one of the highlights of our Kuala Lumpur visit. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to experience the city’s beautiful skyline and landmarks at night.
