Booking and ticket collection was a breeze. My email confirmation was validated at the ticket booth and exchanged for paper tickets and we walked over the new 2nd bridge. Booking on the Headout app gave me a 10% discount so tickets were cheaper than booking at the gate. The show itself was very well done, with mini performances around the grounds before the 8pm -9pm show. The arena is huge and the show features up to 500 performers and maybe 1000 or more seats. Seating was efficient and the queue moved quickly. There are plenty of staff to direct you and importantly lots of clean toilets downstairs. Gates open at 4pm but unless you are going for dinner first, I would wait till closer to 7pm

The Hoi An Memories show was a wonderful experience! The energy, choreography, lighting, and costumes were all top-notch, and we had an exceptional time. We regret not coming earlier (before the show, at 5 p.m.) to enjoy the magical, illuminated site (there are also shops) and the smaller shows. As for the food, there are snacks available, but just before the show there was almost nothing left! We were in economy class at the very front, which was perfect, except perhaps for the sound, which was a little loud. Thank you for this evening!

VIP ticket, probably not worth it, but way more space and snack and water provided. Only issue is that you are far away, so bad option for someone with bad eyes. Overall great experience! Nice show! Lights, dance, flow, feeling! Great. Maybe a little lack of story telling (if you expect to come and watch historically interesting story, this is not it, it has some base but nothing to get immersed in). Again, show as the show absolutely fantastic. Something between dancing show and musical.

It wasn't special. In fact using Headout was a complete disaster & a ripoff.I am disgusted. We booked VIP tickets on line 7 days prior to the show. We got to the ticket box and they said WE cancelled the tickets WE DID NOT Now the show is sold out. The ticket box called you & said.... that YOU sent us an email !!!! YOU DID NOT I AM SO ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED. OBVIOUSLY your company is acscam

It was amazing! I booked tickets online, downloaded the app and tickets where instant. Gates open at 4pm for you to look around the park and watch some mini performances around different areas. There's heaps of food choices to eat while waiting for the show at 8pm. The show is FANTASTIC! So professional & magical! Could see the whole performance from where I was and had a great time!

I bought tickets for the Hoi An memory show easily and without any issue. Received the QR codes by email which I easily used to enter the shoe. The show itself was amazing and one of the best we've seen worldwide. Saw similar in China and verone however this was by far the best yet and I would recommend for all ages!

A tranquil showcase of the history of Hoi An. A show that is certainly recommended. It's beautiful made. Great performance. Great , but miss the x factor to be spectacular. Small children may not find it interesting enough.

A large-scale show, very impressive and easy to follow without ea anguage barrier. I sat in the high section, but I would recommend choosing a lower seat within that section—still elevated, yet closer to the action.
