We've been already 2x but because we have our visitor from back home (Philippines) so we need to show her the beauty of Gold Coast. It was a great sunny day and she's so amazed of how lovely to see all the buildings and the beaches are beautiful too. She was happy of the food that we ordered . Overall the place is clean and the staff are very friendly.

The phenomenal view of the ocean. I've seen so much Gold Coast videos in the last months and I liked them so much that it was a must for me to get the view in person.

The day was beautiful and my grandson and I enjoyed a school holiday outing to the Observation Deck. He thouroughly enjoyed finding buildings and venues that were significant to him. We followed the tour with a delicious lunch and had a great time. Highly recommend this adventure.

Incredible experience, one doesn't appreciate how beautiful seeing Surfers and surrounds from so high up. We even spotted a whale and was great to be higher than the helicopter that flew past. Thank you for the memory.

We were looked after so well by the girls who briefed us and ensured all safety precautions were taken. They checked all our safety gear several times and made us feel very safe. The walk up was easier than I'd imagined and the view was amazing even though we could see the rain approaching so no sunset. We got the chance to purchase the photos taken by the instructor and we love every part of it. Definitely recommend it.

Getting started

Arrive at the main entrance of Q1 and present your ticket for validation. After a quick security check, board one of the world’s fastest elevators for a direct ride to the observation deck.

What to expect

Floor-to-ceiling glass panels: Enjoy 360-degree panoramas of the coastline, city, and hinterland.

Interactive touch screens: Spot key landmarks and local highlights, including the famous Surfers Paradise, with easy-to-use digital displays.

SkyPoint Climb: Spot climbers on Australia’s highest external building climb, a thrilling adventure happening outside the deck.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the observation deck.

Tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold to another party or third party for re-sale.

The venue may shift to an 18+ only space at certain times; please check operating hours and age restrictions before your visit.
