The gondola is open-air and spiral-shaped, seating up to 16 people per ride, with a gentle 360° rotation at the top.
Each ticket includes a complimentary standard drink or a souvenir magnet, a unique perk among Singapore’s attractions.
After sunset, SkyHelix lights up with a festive LED display, making it a glowing landmark visible across Sentosa.

SkyHelix Sentosa Main Entrance
The main entrance is situated at the base of the SkyHelix Sentosa tower, directly in front of the Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop at Imbiah Lookout. Visitors arriving by cable car, monorail, or on foot will find the entrance just steps from Imbiah Station. The entrance is at ground level with a gently sloped pathway, making it accessible for most guests. However, please note that the ride itself is not suitable for guests with significant mobility challenges, as all riders must be able to transfer and be securely fastened into the gondola seat. Staff are available to assist with boarding and safety checks.
Regular Hours: Open daily from 10:00am to 9:30pm.
Last Entry: Last boarding is at 9:15pm.
Special Hours/Closures: SkyHelix may close temporarily during severe weather (such as thunderstorms or high winds) for safety reasons. The attraction operates year-round, including public holidays, but may have adjusted hours during major events or maintenance. It’s always a good idea to check the official website or your ticket provider for the latest updates before your visit.
The SkyHelix Snack Bar is located at the base of the attraction, offering snacks, desserts, soft drinks, and specialty cocktails for purchase.
A souvenir kiosk is available at the base, where guests can redeem their complimentary magnet or purchase additional keepsakes.
Toilets are available near the SkyHelix Sentosa boarding area for guest convenience.
Paid parking is available at the nearby Imbiah Car Park, a short walk from SkyHelix Sentosa.

SkyHelix Sentosa is wheelchair accessible up to the boarding area, but the ride itself is not suitable for wheelchair users as all guests must transfer and be securely seated.
