What to bring

• Carry a valid ID with the name matching your booking.

• Bring a warm layer along, as it can get a little chilly out on the open water.

• Don't forget your camera - the island's coastline and the Atlantic make for postcard-worthy snapshots at sunset.

What's not allowed

• Carrying glass or breakable items on the boat is strictly prohibited.

• You're prohibited from feeding the wild animals while on the cruise.

• Non-folding wheelchairs, high-heeled shoes, and mobility scooters are not allowed on board.

Accessibility

• The excursion is not accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Additional information

• Keep in mind that the dolphin sightings can't be 100% guaranteed, as the movements of the wildlife are unpredictable.

• For bookings made within 24 hours of the tour, pick-ups from your hotel cannot be guaranteed. In that case, you'll need to go to the boarding point on your own.

• Vegetarian meals can be accomodated with prior notice. However, gluten-free options cannot be guaranteed.

• Pick-ups from Puerto Calero are only available on Thursdays.
