Last week

The entry to the venue was very easy with friendly and welcoming staff. The staggered entry to levels 68 and above is ideal rather than having everyone stampeded through at the same time. We had the VIP booking with champagne which made the experience even more enjoyable while taking in the amazing views from all angles of the top floors. Would highly recommend and likely to return again in the future!

I booked at short notice on the eclipse day , staff all pleasant and ensuring safety while viewing the eclipse with regular updates on progress . Great deal on champagne to celebrate the event so had 2 glasses , well it's a lifetime event . The provision of glasses for those who hadn't got them was much appreciated , the view of London and passing air traffic was spectacular too . Won't forget this day

Although this experience is absolutely brilliant One thing is rather annoying We booked the all inclusive trip including champagne at the top only to find that you could buy the glass of champagne cheaper and only book the standard viewing Naughty Naughty

Ou visit to the Shard turned into an unusual experience. We enjoyed the lovely views & Chris gave a very entertaining talk about the building. Then my husband suddenly felt ill & collapsed onto the floor, Chris & your helpful staff were wonderful, & other visitors came to our aid. Chris called for an ambulance, as my husband Mike blacked out again. I explained he is group 2 diabetic, but it was a worrying experience & Mike has never blacked out like it before. Chris came with us to the ambulance, we are so grateful for his help. The ambulance ladies were so kind & caring & took us to St Thomas's Hospital. & the doctors & all staff & nurses did many tests during the five hours we were there Mike received excellent care . Plus also very caring with me as it was a worrying experience, but after many tests Mike was allowed home, he had become dehydrated, & also discovered he has a little heart problem, but I am pleased to say it is not too serious & can be treated. Oh it has been an unexpected experience visiting the Shard, but we have kindly been given two complimentary tickets, for us to return again in the future. We wish to say A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO CHRIS & ALL YOUR SHARD STAFF FOR THEIR KIND CARING HELP. PLUS BIG THANK YOU TO THE AMBULANCE LADIES & ALL THE WONDERFUL CARING DOCTORS NURSES & STAFF AT ST THOMAS'S HOSPITAL. . Also to say Mike feels much better today . The View from The Shard

Step into one of Western Europe’s tallest buildings and ride high-speed elevators to levels 68, 69, and 72 for unmatched views of London. This experience includes access to indoor viewing galleries and the open-air Skydeck, where you can take in panoramic sights across the city. Enjoy a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic alternative as you soak in the view.

Level 68: Begin your experience with wide-angle views of London’s skyline from the indoor gallery.

Level 69: Use interactive digital telescopes to identify major landmarks like Tower Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and the London Eye.

Level 72: Step outside to the open-air Skydeck for a full 360-degree experience, 310 meters above the city.

This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.

Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.
