This time - we had problems in the past with Headout meeting places and no one to help - we made it to the spot in time. As the tickets told the exact address and had a location that came up and showed the exact spot. Some tours did not. The spot was well marked. As for the museum tour. The tour guide took us into the Vatican museum and passed us off to the English language tour guide. She was beyond excellent. There was a 20 minute introduction about the generalities of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel and cleaning. Of we went on the tour. This was part was over and hour through many glalries of paintings and sculptures. Our guide was well versed in everyting Vatican. At the end we sat on the benches in the Sistine Chapel for 10 minutes trying to absorb the beauty of it. Well worth the time and $. We also came back and went on the companion St. Peter's Basicila tour later that morning. The church has the most impressive art collection I have ever seen. The Romans were great builders the church was excellent for impressive displays of art in paniting and stone statues. All well worth it.

Bogdan is a great guide, he made all the experience easy to keep up, interesting and funny. we liked his way to keep us together, in a good pace even for the elders, always giving history hints and knowledge with humour! Vatican museum and Cappella Sistina stand at their height of expectations for anyone who have never visited them, but better do this with guide if it's your first time visiting. We didn't had the chance to visit the basilica since it was Wednesday and every Wednesday there is a pop auditorium. Although we just visited the basilica next day on our own, no ticket needed just some queue waiting. Better try it late in the afternoon and before 19.00 nothing to complain about, except the really crowded and touristic vibe you bump on allover the city, but this is inevitable.

Die Tickets und der Audioguidezugang kamen einen Tag vorher an. Das Herunterladen für alle gebuchten Personen hat gut funktioniert. Der schriftliche Guide hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir waren gut 2 Stunden vorher da. Der Einlass war innerhalb von 15 Minuten erledigt. Personalausweise brauchten wir keine vorzeigen. Falls die Kleidung zu freizügig ist, werden kostenlos Tücher verteilt. Es war kein Problem, früher in den Dom zu gehen. Auch der Kuppelbesuch war schon früher möglich. Gut zu wissen: der Kuppelzugang mit den reservierten Karten befindet sich im Dom selbst vor dem Ausgang auf der rechten Seite (nicht - wie ausgeschildert - bei den Toiletten). Es gab keine Zeitbegrenzung für die Kuppel. Anschließend kann man auch wieder in den Dom. Ein sehr beeindruckendes Erlebnis!

This place is stunning and has left quite an impression on my wife and myself. Well worth the money and the wait. There's alot to see, so make sure to get there on time. A few tips: if your taking dome access by lift, we had to queue up for quite a long time. The line for stair access was much, much shorter (there was practically no line) but 500+ stairs is not for everyone. Just keep the extra waiting time in mind if you're taking the lift. Also, the inside of the dome is just part of dome access, you can go all the way to the rooftop outside, but we almost missed that (that's on us). That being said, those stairs are especially narrow, mostly near the very top. 10/10 would still recommend the climb!

Carolina was extremely knowledgeable and cheerful. We appreciated her ability to care for the people on her tour, making sure that we had adequate bathroom breaks and explaining carefully the logistics of the tour. The large crowds make this important. She also counted the people on the group to be sure not to lose anyone. Her care and concern enabled us to stay together and enjoy all the detail she provided in her thorough discussions of the art and history of the architecture, subtends and sculpture in the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. She made the very long morning pass by quickly and so enjoyably. I highly recommend tours with Carolina!

We did the full tour with a live guide of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica (without guide). Our guide was amazing. She gave us so much insightful information that made everything that we saw so much more meaningful, and even more importantly walked us past all the people waiting to a special line for tours that got us right in, then down a special passage between the Sistine Chapel & St Peters Basilica that also avoided any wait. I wish that she would have continued on with us into the Basilica as we did see other live guides there...not sure why that wasn't included for the price we paid, but it was still well worth it.

    We hadden een combinatie geboekt van het Vaticaanmuseum, de Sixtijnse Kapel en de sint Pieter Basiliek, maar na de uitgebreide tour door het museum en het bezoek aan de Sixtijnse Kapel, hadden we geen energie meer voor de basiliek. Die zou ik dus op een ander moment apart boeken. Zoveel indrukken, zoveel gezien en gehoord! We hadden een heel enthousaste, fijne gids in de persoon van Francesca die geanimeerd wist te vertellen en vragen kon beantwoorden. Het enige wat jamme was, was de enorme hoeveelheid toeristen waardoor er in de Sixtijnse kapel geen gelegenheid was om alles rustig te bekijken; er stonden bewakers mensen te commanderen om dóór te lopen.

    Nos gustó mucho la dinámica, fue sencillo llegar a los puntos de encuentro y muy rápido el acceso al Vaticano y a la basílica de san Pedro. Fueron muy accesibles y muy amables nuestros anfitriones y aunque puede ser un poco complicado si no hablas italiano, encontramos la forma de entendernos y hubo quienes entendieron inglés y una chica en español por lo que nos facilitó Aún más la comunicación. Gracias a todos los involucrados y aunque nos cancelaron la Experiencia del coliseo la Noche anterior tratamos de disfrutar el panorama por fuera y nos Dieron respuesta rápida sobre el Reembolso correspondiente.

    Visiting St. Peter’s Basilica was an unforgettable experience. I was struck by the sheer scale and beauty of the architecture, from the towering dome to the intricate details in every corner. The atmosphere felt both peaceful and powerful, and knowing the history behind the place made it even more meaningful. It was not just visually impressive, but also deeply moving on a personal level. Using Heaout made it easy - a much shorter line, as well as an easy experience.
