MEET MAIKO: Meet & Greet, Maiko Show and Experience

What to bring

• Bring your own camera or smartphone for commemorative photos with the Maiko.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue for security reasons.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

• The venue is accessible by wheelchair and stroller. The place is suitable for visitors with limited mobility.

Additional information

• This event will be conducted in English.

• This is not a private experience; you will join other guests (maximum capacity is 30).

• Reception opens 30 minutes before show time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the event.

• Seating is unassigned; all participants can be seated.

• Photography is allowed during the event.

• Children aged 0–2 can join free of charge if they do not occupy a separate seat.

• Children’s Participation

• During the event, especially during the dance, explanation, and Q&A sessions, please keep quiet so that everyone can enjoy the experience.

• If your child becomes unsettled, you may step outside temporarily, and you are welcome to return anytime once your child has settled.

• We kindly ask you to come back for the photo session.

• Please note that if you are unable to enjoy quietly, we may kindly ask you to step out, and no refunds will be issued.

• Transportation, meals, and drinks are not included.

• Taxis are difficult to catch, and city buses are crowded in Kyoto during high season; please allow extra travel time to reach the venue.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
