• Photo ID: Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking in case it is requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

• Flash photography: Do not use flash photography inside the museum.

• Pets: Do not bring pets to the museum, except for guide dogs.

• Large bags: Large purses, bags, and backpacks must be left in the cloakroom before entering the exhibition galleries.

• Food and drinks: Food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition galleries.

• Touching exhibits: Do not touch the museum exhibits.

• Photography and videography: Photography and video recording are not allowed in the Archaic Acropolis Gallery.

• Mobile phone use: Keep mobile phones on silent mode and avoid using them while touring the exhibition galleries.

• Mobility access: The museum is accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with prams or strollers.

• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are permitted inside the museum.

Acropolis Museum (as per option selected)

• Step-free access: Ramps for wheelchairs and strollers are available at all museum entrances.

• Accessible facilities: Elevators and accessible restrooms are available on all floors, and wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Visitor Services Desk.

• Accessible resources: Guide dogs are welcome, and a Braille museum guide is available in Greek and English.

• Accessible entrance: Use the entrance on the side of Vas. Herakleiou Street, accessible via a ramp from the main façade or directly from the pavement.

• Free entry eligibility: Certain visitors are eligible for free entry when they present a valid ID card or passport.

• Young children: Children up to 5 years old from non-EU countries are entitled to free entry.

• Visitor amenities: Strollers for small children can be borrowed free of charge from the cloakroom.
