Inizialmente ho avuto delle difficoltà a capire quale fosse il punto di incontro perché non era ben descritto sul voucher. Infatti era solo scritto British Museum senza indicare la via ne il numero civico. Mi sono recata sul posto qualche giorno prima dell' esperienza e, non avendo trovato nessun cartello per questo tour vicino all'entrata del British, ho chiamato headout e loro mi hanno inviato una mail in cui era indicato nello specifico il punto di incontro, che si trovava a circa 350 metri dall'entrata del Museo. Una volta risolto questo inconveniente, devo dire che, a parte il prezzo molto più alto pagato inevitabilmente tramite il tour operator anziché lo studios ( disponibilità dirette terminate), il posto mi è piaciuto tantissimo... È veramente emozionante e fatto molto molto bene. Però le 4 ore previste non sono state assolutamente sufficienti perché allo scadere delle 4 ore noi eravamo ancora a metà visita. Per riuscire a visitare tutto senza fretta, sono necessarie circa 7 ore... A parte questo, consiglio veramente di visitare questi studios!

Es war alles super organisiert. Der Bus war pünktlich und sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten sogar etwas mehr Zeit als vier Stunden. Der Besuch der Warner Brothers Studio lohnt sich auch wenn man kein mega Harry Potter Fan ist, sondern einfach nur interessiert ist. Man wird wirklich un die Harry Potter-Welt entführt und erfährt auch viel, was man vorher nicht unbedingt wusste. Man ist mittendrin, kann sehr viele Stationen der Filmkulisse anschauen und teilweise betreten, was toll ist. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essensangebot ist toll. Und nicht zuletzt das Bunmeln durch die Shops, da gibt es tolle Sachen, die natürlich erwartungsgemäß ihren Preis haben. Unser Fazit (trotz anfänglicher Skepsis): Es lohnt sich!

Die Abholung vom Treffpunkt verlief problemlos. Mit einem Reisebus ging es bis fast vor dem Eingang der Harry Potter Tour. Kurzer Rucksack Check und schon war man in der Welt der Zauberer. Die Ausstellung war grandios und es gab viel zu sehen und erleben. Trödeln sollte man allerdings nicht, da man zur vereinbarten Zeit wieder am Bus sein muss. Der Bus ist wieder super pünktlich abgefahren und brachte uns wieder zum Startpunkt unserer Reise. Eine kurze Durchsage vor Ankunft wäre vielleicht für manche nicht schlecht gewesen. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Such a wonderful and unforgettable experience! As a Harry Potter fan, seeing the iconic sets, costumes, and all the magical details up close was truly special. I enjoyed every moment and felt like I had stepped right into the wizarding world. An absolute must-visit. Highly recommended

Wasn't a huge Harry Potter fan, still loved the tour. Detailed exhibits explained amazing film techniques thoroughly. Fascinating behind the scenes stuff! Can't wait to see a Harry Potter film now that I know how it was made. This was my favorite day in my week long visit to England!

Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch, da es in der App keinen QR Code für die Buchung gab, lediglich einen Vermerk über meine Tickets. Aber es war perfekt, von der Abholung bis zum Rücktransfer. Btw. hatte ich noch nie einen so sauberen und gepflegten Reisebus. Danke für das Erlebnis.

Nosotros fuimos el 7 de agosto por la mañana, la oficina para recoger las entradas y esperar al transporte está muy bien comunicado para llegar tanto en metro como en autobús, en nuestro caso lo teníamos a 10 minutos andando desde el hotel y fueron muy amables al guiarnos en el proceso e indicarnos dónde podríamos esperar junto a los otros visitantes. El viaje fue muy agradable, el chofer y responsable muy amables y serviciales. Las 4 horas de margen más que suficientes para visitar todas las zonas del estudios con calma e incluso pararse a descansar y a comer algo sin tener que estar constantemente mirando el reloj por miedo a perder el transporte de vuelta. El servicio de vuelta es bastante intuitivo, regresas al mismo punto donde el chofer te dejó anteriormente y utilizas el mismo autobús para la vuelta a la oficina. Personalmente lo recomiendo mucho, sobretodo el primer turno por la mañana ya que merece mucho la pena hacer ese esfuerzo de madrugar un poquito más, ha sido muy cómodo el servicio y la visita en sí a los estudios un sueño cumplido.

Atención y organización estupendas. Durante el proceso de planificación, resolvieron todas las dudas de forma inmediata, fuera de los horarios comerciales habituales, sin esperas y con gran amabilidad y comprensión. Eso hizo que la seguridad en el servicio fuera absoluta. Sinceramente, servicio muy recomendable. Mi agradecimiento por hacer estos tr´mites tan sencillos y cercanos. Asimismo la participación en la actividad a través de la agencia con la que colaboran. La experiencia fue fantástica y muy recomendable para personas amantes de la historia y películas de HP.

I was later to get to the bus due to train problems but they were good enough to set us up with the next tour and the tour itself was beyond amazing. My only criticism was that I wanted more time to explore, there was so much there worth anyones time it was unreal. Finally the food and customer service the of the highest level. I highly recommend anyone give it a try.

The studio tour was great. We had an amazing time. The only issue we had was the bus pick up point was hardly to find. We first wrongly went to the Victoria coach station, but then we found it was a wrong location. We asked the instruction and it took us to walk for a while and got to the bus station at the end.

The return journey to London takes roughly 1 to 1½ hours.

Factor in at least 7 hours for the entire experience, including round-trip transfers.
