What to bring

What's not allowed

• Drones are not permitted at either temple complex.

• Smoking, alcohol, and outside food are not allowed inside the temple grounds.

• Professional photography equipment may require prior approval.

• This combo includes Prambanan Temple admission and Borobudur Temple Structure admission with a licensed guide.

• Borobudur Temple Structure visitors must wear the provided upanat sandals during the climb.

• Borobudur Temple Structure access is timed and capacity-limited, so arrive 30–45 minutes before your selected entry time.

• The Prambanan Temple inner Trimurti courtyard is closed on Mondays; visitors can still explore the rest of the temple complex.

• Non-Indonesian tickets are valid only for international visitors. Indonesian residents must purchase the appropriate resident ticket.

• Visits to Borobudur and Prambanan are independent. Transport between the two sites is not included and must be arranged separately.
