What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID if requested at the entrance.

• Carry your mobile phone with the e-ticket or bring a printed copy of your ticket.

• Consider bringing sunscreen, hats, and comfortable walking shoes for your visit.

• Bring a credit card for parking, meals, lockers, and optional upgrades.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Large bags, coolers, and suitcases are not allowed.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Weapons, sharp objects, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

• Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Cell phones, keys, wallets, or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets or zippered jacket pockets. All loose articles which cannot be secured must be left in a locker or with a non-rider prior to entering the queue.

Accessibility

• Wheelchairs and strollers are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Some rides and attractions may have specific age, height, or health restrictions.

• Accessible restrooms and facilities are available throughout the park.

• Registered service animals are permitted for the experience.

• Many amusement rides use manufacturer-designed safety systems built to accommodate people of average physical stature and proportion. These systems may limit the ability of some individuals to safely ride.

• Guests of larger or smaller size; guests with heart, back or neck conditions; pregnant guests; guests recovering from recent surgery; and guests with casts, braces, restrictive devices or certain disabilities may not be safely accommodated.
