Almost everything was great, unfortunately we only had 1 problem with a waiter, we were almost the last table in his area, he only ever made it to the middle. We then ordered from the waiter on the other side, who had just as much to do and still looked after us. He really worked his ass off. We stocked up at the supermarket for the return trip, money that you unfortunately missed out on.

The waitress, she is still on board for another year then she retires. At 37 degrees she served all the guests with friendliness and aplomb. I have the utmost respect for her. Actually the whole crew, it was absolutely mega!!! Thank you very much for this great day!!!

We had a very nice day, even with two people with walking disabilities. The catering on the way was also very good. However, I must mention the booking as a negative! The description did not say that after the 6 hour round trip you would be stranded in Rüdesheim and have to pay another 6 euros for the 4 hour return journey. Which, because we were on vacation, was still very nice.

The cruise offers views of the lush vineyards, idyllic villages with pretty cottages, and numerous castles, each steeped in legend and history.

Marvel at Festung Ehrenbreitstein fortress's towering ramparts and scenic platform, and Schloss Stolzenfels Castle's ochre hue and quaint pergolas.

Cruise past Marksburg, the Middle Rhine's lone hilltop castle, and Loreley Rock, famed in Friedrich Silcher's 'Song of the Loreley.'

Fun fact: Legend has it that on Loreley Rock, the song of a lovelorn maiden lures fishermen to their doom!
