The boat wasn't too crowded, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The "Leipzig" looked very well-maintained, and the restrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cruise itself was very entertaining, with several interesting sights to see. I highly recommend the cruise to Pillnitz.

Okay, the service was great. Everything was fine. On the downside, the initial information about the departure pier was incorrect—the listed ship had been changed, and we only found out by chance which ship was actually leaving. So, communication was terrible!
