Everything went off without a hitch. The service was wonderful. We were repeatedly asked in advance if everything was okay and if we needed any assistance. Payment was secure and easy. The tickets were available right away, and we received a reminder the day before… Simply fantastic. As for the trip itself: the online ticket was accepted immediately both on the boat and on the bus. We didn’t have any difficulties at all. Both tours were wonderfully enhanced by the audio guide. We enjoyed everything very much.
