It was a beautiful tour along the river, and it ended by the Eiffel Tower just in time for it to light up! I recommend taking the tours that start at the top of the hour and at night so you can see the Eiffel Tower light up and dance just in time. Other than it rained as our tour started, it was an overall wonderful experience.María

We went at nine at night, it was a very nice experience. I have learned a lot about the history of Paris and my favorite part is at the end when they let you see the Eiffel Tower for a while at night with all the lights. It has been very relaxing, the duration is 1 hour and 15 minutes total. We got on top of the chairs and it was a very nice moment since it was my first time in Paris and the first time my best friend saw Paris at night. It has been a magical moment while we saw all the monuments of the city, while on each bridge people screamed or those above greeted us, while we saw the reflection of the lights in the water...Valentina

It was magnificent from start to finish, you get to see so many things because Paris is huge, but it's a nice initial postcard that tour.

Why you shouldn't miss this
The calm waters of the Seine make for a relaxing cruise. With commentary from an expert, you will understand the historical significance of each of the attractions that you pass by. Your tour will begin by passing the Louvre Museum and the Conciergerie towards Notre Dame. The glass pyramid monument of the Louvre, however, is not visible from your ship due to the walls covering the area. The Notre Dame eastern facade is stunning to see in person. The tall spires and flying buttresses are in the typical Gothic style. The Musee d'Orsay with its two massive clocks is on the right bank of the Seine. Seven large windows can be seen between the two clock towers.
You can also catch a glimpse of the Conciergerie, where Queen Marie Antoinette was jailed before her execution during the French Revolution. The massive stone structure with its numerous imposing towers is in stark contrast to the other monuments. At the end of the 70-minute your, you will be dropped back to the point where you boarded the ship.
