Easy to book online. Pickup went smoothly at the Via di Cita office. Friendly staff. At the cathedral, there was a separate, fast-track entrance. A truly remarkable tour of these sites. Great value for money.

The Siena Cathedral & Piccolomini Library w audio guide was an informative and efficient way to experience these grand, historic sites. The grandeur and artistry of cathedral and library were truly awe-inspiring; the tickets also included the crypt, baptistry and museum which added significantly to the experience.

I thought it was a bit strange that the tickets I ordered through you cost a total of 48 euros, while they would have been 32 euros at the ticket service in town. I think the difference is really too big! If I’d known that, I would have picked up the tickets in town myself instead of ordering them through you. And the ticket service wasn’t busy, and everything went smoothly. I also had to exchange the voucher for the tickets, so there was absolutely no benefit to ordering them this way through you.

It's convenient to book tickets online, but it doesn't give you skip-the-line access (like at the Opera Museum in Siena, where there was an endless line and we couldn't visit)—which, in my opinion, should be a perk for those who pay online. It's best to download the audio guide before entering the sites, because otherwise it doesn't work. Anyway, it was a wonderful experience.
