La facilità di accesso alla struttura, i memorandum inviati per ricordare tempi e posizione Bellissima la visita di un palazzo da mille ed una notte. Ho trovato carente l'audio guida, che però apparteneva ad un altra compagnia, avrei fatto meglio ad acquistare in loco l'audio guida ufficiale, ma quando ho fatto la prenotazione ho trovato l'indicazione che la guida non era disponibile neanche a pagamento.

Door op deze manier de tickets te bestellen is het eenvoudig om het gewenste tijdslot te kiezen en combineren met een ander gebouw

The palace and gardens are beautiful, booked two months even the royal rooms on the second floor, we unfortunately could not see them, excluding those with audio guide(separately, paid on site 6 euros) it took us about two and a half hours to go around it all at leisure

The experience at the Alcazar could be great because it is a very beautiful place; the tour route should be better managed so you don't miss the rooms to see. There is no route and you risk getting lost.

It's great to get these tickets in advance to avoid the queues . You do have to go at your selected time though as we finished our plans earlier than expected and were declined entrance until the allocated time . Highly recommended and don't forget your passports !

A 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours starting from first use. For example, if you begin at 1 PM today, your ticket will be valid till 1pm the following day.

Bring along your ID card or an original document. Online documents, photocopies or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.
Skip-the-line tickets allow you to skip the checkout lines. However, please expect a longer waiting time at the entrance.
