• Fri & Sat: 10:30am to 11pm

• Last entry is 1 hour before closing time.

• Operating hours may vary slight depending on the operating policy, and changes may not be announced separately.

• Seoul Sky has wheelchair access for people with disabilities and those suffering from physical discomfort

• The staff will guide you to an alternate line that does not use escalators

• For the safety of visitors, the operation of Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone, will be subject to change without notice, depending on the number of visitors

Note: Sky Terrace on the 120F may be closed on the following weather conditions:

• Weather warnings have been issued (heavy rain, strong winds, yellow/fine dust, etc.)

• Heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour

• The difference between indoor-outdoor temperature is 20°C or greater

• No refund will be provided for the closure of facilities

• Seoul Sky requires a reservation, and the capacity is limited per timeslot. The tickets you purchase does not guarantee a reservation, but you will be able to enter directly upon arrival. Although, you may need to wait in line for the elevator on the spot

• On Korean public holidays or special occasions, the queues may run long. In this case, the staff may not issue physical tickets on-site. Please contact us to amend the ticket or get a full refund
