Hi, placing the order was really easy and went smoothly. The tour with the lady was also very enjoyable. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, I think it would be better if the tours weren’t all held at the same time, but rather staggered—ideally by 10 to 15 minutes—so the different groups don’t get in each other’s way.
