CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5The cruise itself was nice, but the sighting of 3 whales was definitely the highlight . We saw 2 gray whales , but it was the humpback whale they called Orion that made the trip a success . He hung around for quite some time , we would see him blowing air, then he would surface , and go under again showing us his " fluke" or tail. We were in total awe as we saw him breach twice ! A magical moment we were told and it felt like it. I highly recommend the experience !LLori P

CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago3/5I had a nice overall experience on the tour. The boat was exceptionally clean and safe, and the onboard staff were very kind. However, I was disappointed by the handling of my booking. Due to my partner’s unexpected medical injury, I ended up attending alone but was still required to pay the double-person rate, which was frustratingly not worth the value. When I asked for a partial refund or even a small voucher for food, my request was completely declined. Not being offered even a complimentary coffee made this left-over solo experience feel unaccommodating. While the staff and vessel were great, the lack of flexibility or goodwill when an unexpected emergency occurred left me highly unsatisfied with the pricing and customer service.HHazel H
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago3/5Saw a humpback - although spent too much time there and wanted to see Orcas. Did not think was value for money- very expensive. Staff were really lovely and really engaging.EElvira R
