What to bring

Wear comfortable shoes and weather‑appropriate clothes; most of SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is indoors, but you’ll walk between zones.

Please bring your own towel, as it’s required for the experience.

Remove all jewellery before the swim; if jewellery can’t be removed, participation isn’t allowed.
Shark Dive Xtreme

Pack swimwear to wear under the provided wetsuit.

Avoid drinking alcohol the night before your dive.
-
Be prepared to carry up to 40 kg of scuba gear.

Bring medical clearance from a qualified dive doctor if you currently have or have had conditions like asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, diabetes, chest or ear problems, high blood pressure, neurobiological disorders, or recent injuries or surgeries.

Guests are not allowed to participate if they are pregnant.

Guests cannot participate without medical clearance if they have or have had asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, neurobiological disorders, diabetes, chest conditions (including pneumothorax), sinus conditions, ear problems or surgery, high blood pressure, recent injuries, surgeries, or psychological conditions.

Drinking alcohol the night before your dive is not permitted.

Guests must not fly in an aircraft within 12 hours after completing the dive.

Guests must be at least 14 years old to join; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult also participating in the dive.
Seal Swim

Guests are not allowed to participate if they are pregnant.

Participation is not permitted if you have any type of seafood allergy.

Guests must remove all jewellery before the swim; wearing jewellery during the experience is not allowed.
