The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. The safari experience was definitely a highlight, allowing us to see a wide variety of animals up close. There were plenty of exhibits, activities, and walking paths to explore, making it a great destination for both kids and adults. The park was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. We spent the entire day there and still felt like there was more to see. I gave these tickets to my girlfriend as a gift, and she was blown away. There are plenty of convenient options for food, drinks, resting, and so on. The train or tram ride to see the animals has a "fast lane" style cost of $20 per person, but it is worth paying for; everything is very clean and well-organized. Seeing the elephants and the tiger up close was definitely the highlight of the experience. I hope to go back again soon.RRhonda C
