The view from the observatory deck offers huge clear views over Ho Chi Minh and the Saigon river, especially impressive at sunset. There's a big shopping mall with shops, cafe's and restaurants a park and plenty of entertainment all in one place, so it's easy to spend hours there.

I found this spot by incident, someone posted video about it. Totally enjoyed it! Loved the photo option, there was not so many people. Everyone was kind and helpful. Would totally recommend! We didn't make it to the sunset but still the views were breathtaking!

The experience was good. And easy to buy ticket last moment as well. But even after buying ticket from headout, you have to stand in a big line to get the physical ticket showing the online headout ticket. Which is so much waste of time. Apart from this experience was good.

Begin your visit on the 79th floor, where you can relax in comfortable cloud chairs, enjoy a coffee, and take in the views. On the 80th floor, try the “Top of Vietnam” VR game, where you can virtually skydive from 461 meters. Complete the challenge quickly to earn a spot on the leaderboard and win a prize. Next, head to the 81st floor to reach SkyTouch, one of the world’s highest outdoor observation decks at 383 meters. Step outside, feel the breeze, and take in wide views of the Saigon River and city landmarks like the Notre Dame Cathedral.
