The biggest advantage is total flexibility. With 24‑ or 48‑hour unlimited rides, you can spend as long as you like at each stop and rejoin whenever ready. It covers every major sight: Wawel Castle, Main Market Square, Kazimierz Quarter, Schindler’s Factory and more. Open‑top seating offers great views, while clear multilingual audio explains what you see. Buses run every 20–30 minutes, so there is little waiting. It saves navigating, parking and planning routes, and many tickets include extras like a river cruise. Perfect for getting the most out of Krakow easily.
    • Step back in time with a skip-the-line entry to the Rynek Underground Museum, descend 4 meters below the ground, and explore Krakow’s medieval history.

    • Experience the lively atmosphere of a medieval market square at the Dungeon Market Museum, and uncover artifacts and ancient secrets.

    • Navigate Krakow at your own pace with a hop-on, hop-off bus tour, choose from a one-loop, 24hr, or 48hr pass, and enjoy the insightful onboard commentary.

    • Discover famous stops like Kosciuszko Mound and Wawel Castle, and take a 30-minute historical gondola boat ride on the Vistula River with a 24/48hr ticket.

    • Fun Fact: Rynek Underground Museum, located beneath Krakow's Main Market Square, attracts over 1 million visitors each year!

Buses were on time and commentary was helpful as were the guides on the bus. Good way to see a lot of the city without having to walk in a heatwave. However when we went to the gondola cruise the ticket no longer scanned and said it was expired. We had to call the company to sort it out. The gondola pilot told us the same thing happened last week with a group of 11 and he was still waiting to be paid. He said he would let us on anyway as he didn't want us to have a bad impression of Poland. He was a credit to his country and we left him a good tip in case he didn't get paid. The bus company really need to sort this as it could have spoiled our day

It was my first time using this platform. We had a great guide who made the tour very engaging, sharing interesting stories, examples, and jokes, and interacting with the group throughout. The museum itself is interesting, but in my opinion, it wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without the guide.

The staff on both buses were friendly. The drivers were skilled at navigating construction zones and narrow streets. Unfortunately, it rained and was drafty. For a general overview, the 90-minute ride was okay.

The app took a lot to work out. The driver on the first bus we took was nice, the 'host' was lazy and barely spoke to us, did not get out of his seat. At particular stops the people were rushing on and he didn't tell them to wait for the people to get off. He did not even notice. The second bus we took was a young lady and she was welcoming and friendly. We were only on that bus for a couple of stops.
