It’s an amazing experience. You realize that Delft Blue is about more than just vases. And it was especially fascinating to see how the painting technique works. The staircase hall was a wonderful experience, as was the room with the columns and everything. Then we had a drink in the brasserie and sat outside in the garden. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Very pleasant throughout but surprised at the wide range of use for the pottery including the architectural aspect. Loved the pictures painted on tiles. A very interesting morning.

Short cab ride from the hotel to the factory Museum. I have trouble walking and the cab got close to the door for both drop off and for the return trip. I asked if they had a wheel chair to rent and they had one for free. I did not get the tickets printed or down loaded correctly and they were able to get everything fixed. It is a beautiful building with wonderful pieces of art, not just plates. If you are in town it is a must place to go.

Jacklin our driver/tour director was fabulous. She was flexible with the schedule to accommodate our ticket times. She was creative in showing us interesting places in The Hague. We would highly recommend this tour company.
