This road, known as the Roller Coaster Road, boasts dramatic elevation changes, giving you the feeling of riding a roller coaster as you traverse it. With majestic mountains on both sides and vast countryside scenery, it's one of Furano's renowned 8 scenic spots.

Discover Hokkaido's Natural Wonders

Next, reach the iconic Biei Blue Pond, a natural wonder formed by volcanic lava flow. In the morning sunlight, the water appears even purer and bluer, creating a sight that takes your breath away. This Blue Pond was famously captured by National Geographic photographer Kent Shiraishi, making it one of the most photogenic spots in the world. Delight your taste buds with a delectable buffet lunch and Hokkaido ice cream, setting you up for the next leg of your adventure.

Afterward, head to the Shikisai-no-Oka, or the Hill of Four Seasons (Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun) This vast 15-hectare flower field resembles a colorful rainbow carpet, with various flowers blooming throughout the year. Alternatively, you'll visit Farm Tomita in Furano on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
