David, our transfer bus driver, was very knowledgeable, energetic, and kind. He shared anecdotes and historical facts about the area we traveled through. He also took great care to have everyone on board feel included. Our guide at Hobbiton regaled us with tales of the making of the movies on the set and the continued work of the designers. She did this without breaking the spell that Hobbiton enveloped us in—a truly great experience.

Amazing tour, a must do if you are in New Zealand. The driver and guide, Daniel was amazing. Do all your shopping at the gift shop when you arrive, on leaving there is no gift shop. No toilets on the pats of Hobbiton. The lunch it's a must, make sure you add the extra on your ticket.

An incredible experience! The guides were super friendly and explained everything brilliantly, making us feel like we were truly inside the movie. Hobbiton is magical, and the best part was finishing the tour at the Green Dragon Inn with a beer and a delicious meat pie. Our driver was also fantastic—very friendly, punctual, and made the whole trip easy by picking us up and dropping us off. He even shared interesting information throughout the journey, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for any Lord of the Rings fan!

Amazing tour at the movie set, thanks very much to the Hobbiton team for all their hard work and passion for the place. They shared many great stories and inside info which was very enjoyable to hear. The Cheeky Kiwi transport was excellent. Pick up straight from the hotel and our driver (Grant) was very funny and made the whole experience smooth and seamless.

The tour guides were most informative. The Bus Driver Rachel with lots of information about NZ on the way to Hobbiton. James the Hobbiton tour guide was entertaining and informative, lots of fun.
