Procesul de rezervare a fost ușor. Deși am găsit punctul de întâlnire destul de ușor, am fi preferat o preluare de la hotel, dar, din păcate, hotelul nostru nu era pe listă.
Turul minelor de sare a fost fascinant și ghidul nostru a fost foarte bine informat și util, dar ne-am luptat să o auzim. Poate ar putea fi folosită o formă de amplificare a vocii? (Similară cu cea pe care a folosit-o în zona snack barului pentru a sfătui pe toată lumea din grupul nostru să se adune și să meargă mai departe?)

Sehr angenehme Audioguide Führung. Angenehme Stimme des Sprechers. Man bekommt Lust noch mehr anzusehen.
Es ist ein guter Überblick über die Burg und ihre Geschichte. Auch die kleinen Anekdoten sind gut in den informativen Zusammenhang eingeflochten.Es hat Spass gemacht mit dem Audioguide die Burg kennenzulernen

Touring such a large mine was an incredibly impressive. Our guide was very humorous, knowledgeable and experienced.
The information about the underground channels and the history of the mine was quite interesting.
However we didn't know that there was two different tours during buying the tickets from "headout". I think, unfortunately we couldn't see the largest church in the mine and some sculptures made by salt, although these are existing on the web sites. This disappointed us.

Absolut kompetenter Guide; Sylwia zeigte und erklärte uns Details zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Hintergrundinformationen zur Stadtgeschichte, die in keinem Reiseführer zu finden sind. Beeindruckend auch die den Witterungsbedingungen geschuldete Flexibilität.
Absolut empfehlenswert auch der Service im Hintergrund.

Especially I want to underline the excellent guide service in French Zofia Szatan. Thanks to his explanations I could know better and value more the treasures of the cathedral and the city of Krakow in general. I strongly recommend this tour.
