Smooth and not complicated. Collected tickets early so got in early. Didn't like the app for the audio tour - kept crashing.

It was great, but I had a few ideas, that could be improved. More toilets and audio guides in more languages would be nice. And maybe add some interactive elements for children, because the tour for an 8 year old it was too long, and kind of "boring".

Il traghetto era comodo ed è partito al ora giusto. La guida era eccellente e in genere tutto è andato bene. I posti visitati erano bellissimi.

At first there were some issues, because the pass couldn't be added to the platform. Due to generous help, I was able to successfully add it and I could travel. And the journey is wonderful. I will definitely travel again to another country with trains.

Our first tour time we selected and it was cancelled but we were given the option to join the in person tour instead of the audio guided tour. I highly recommend doing the guided tour, you can ask questions in real time and it's only an hour. Our tour guide was kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)
