Booking our Edinburgh Zoo tickets through Headout was quick and hassle-free. The e-tickets arrived instantly by email, and when i arrived at the zoo, the entry was smooth and I just needed to scan the tickets. The zoo itself was the highlight of the day. Seeing the flamingos, penguins and the rhino up close was a real treat, and the hillside walk gave us lovely views across Edinburgh. The paths were easy to follow using the map on the app and the staff were friendly and helpful giving us fun facts and infomation regarding the animals. It's really cute how some of the animals were named after the staff memeber's children names. I also now know that the rhino was 4 years ago and enjoys his warm water bath pool. Overall, I had a relaxing and memorable weekend with my partner and I'd happily book with Headout again.

Holyrood – mi-a plăcut să mă plimb și să ascult audioghidul în propriul meu ritm. Totul era foarte bine semnalizat. Magazinul de suveniruri a fost încântător. Experiența cu whisky – prezentarea grafică a fost interesantă și utilă pentru mine, care învăț mai bine vizual decât doar ascultând. Ghidul Archie a fost simpatic și foarte potrivit pentru această meserie. Singura PROBLEMĂ a fost că am cumpărat acest abonament combo pentru 2 persoane, dar am primit doar 1 permis pentru palat și 2 pentru whisky. A trebuit să mai cumpăr un bilet la fața locului, așa că voi rezolva această problemă cu compania.

Ușor de rezervat online. Personal extrem de amabil și de ajutor când am ajuns la palat. Echipamentul audio furnizat a fost excelent pentru a ne ajuta să ne orientăm prin palat și ne-a oferit o perspectivă mai amplă atât asupra istoriei, cât și a detaliilor din prezent despre palat. Comunicare excelentă după rezervarea biletelor. Recomand cu siguranță să rezervați prin această companie și să vizitați Palatul Holyrood. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult vizita.

Nu au fost probleme la intrarea în grădina zoologică. A trebuit doar să arăt biletul și codul la recepție și am intrat în cel mult un minut. Am petrecut tot timpul explorând grădina zoologică și vizitând animalele până la închidere. De asemenea, este un mod excelent de a face pași, fiindcă ai multe de explorat și pe alocuri urci pante. Am reușit să văd și parada pinguinilor, Wee Waddle. Noul pui de hipopotam dormea în interior cu mama lui.

We stayed longer than we expected at this lovely palace cum home. There is a lot to appreciate. A bonus for me & the D/deaf community was the audio guide which has BSL & captions in English. I had forgotten my loop ear hooks so relied on the subtitles. I'm not sure if the subtitles would work in different languages but that would be something to consider.

    O plimbare minunată prin istoria Scoției la Palatul Holyrood. Turul autoghidat cu momente audio importante a oferit extrem de multe detalii interesante și te transpunea cu adevărat în vremurile în care palatul a găzduit-o pe Maria, Regina Scoției, și pe mulți alții. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult timpul petrecut acolo.
