Das Ambiente und die Schifffahrt waren wunderschön. Das Personal vor Ort freundlich und sehr flink. Das gebuchte Essen war mega.
Leider (und so ging es einigen Gästen) war der Anfang irritierend. Laut Email müsste man die Tickets am Stand abholen. Ticketschalter war aber geschlossen.
Deshalb "nur" 4 von 5 Sternen

Easy to book, friendly staff, and discounted kids tickets. Lovely way to spend an hour or so and see Vienna from a different perspective.

The boat was spacious & had adequate seating for everyone. Boarding was a bit annoying as a lot of people were pushing & shoving to get at the front of the queue & therefore get the better seats. Being a very hot day I decided to sit in the inside lounge but could not hear the commentary because of people talking. The cruise itself was quite good & scenery nice.

În ansamblu, a fost o croazieră plăcută, atât pe canal, cât și pe Dunăre. La bord s-au oferit băuturi, iar la rezervare s-a putut comanda mâncare în avans. Personalul a fost amabil și eficient. Am petrecut ceva timp în ecluze, dar a fost interesant să vedem cum funcționează ecluze atât de mari și ce dimensiuni au navele pe care le pot primi.

C'était beaucoup mieux que ce que j'attendais. Menu très fin. Personnel à l'écoute et très gentil. Parfait à faire sans aucun problème. Très belle vallée de la Wachau.
