This was actually a last minute plan for us and Headout made the whole process really easy. We booked on the day and everything was handled very quickly, with our tickets coming through within around 30 minutes. From the moment we arrived the whole experience was amazing. We were greeted by security and shown where to go. Entry was really quick, our tickets were scanned at the desk and we went through security very swiftly. From there you get on a shuttle coach that takes you towards the palace and even the views on the way are amazing. When you arrive at the Presidential Palace itself, honestly no words or pictures can fully describe it. The building is an absolute masterpiece. You can hear birds and parakeets chirping outside and with the palace surrounding you it genuinely feels like you’re somewhere out of this world. Once you go inside, the sheer size of everything is immense. The ceilings, chandeliers and amount of detail throughout are incredible. There’s so much to see, from the presidential meeting rooms and dining rooms to ancient books, artwork and other artefacts. It was really interesting being able to walk through the different areas and learn more about the history and culture. Towards the end you go through the gift shop which has loads of cool gifts and souvenirs, and then you can explore the gardens outside. We also stayed for the light show at the palace which was a brilliant way to finish the visit. Afterwards you simply get the shuttle bus back to the main entrance. Overall it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Every member of staff and security we interacted with was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Headout made a last minute plan incredibly straightforward and we had no issues at all with our booking or tickets. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and somewhere I’d recommend visiting if you’re in Abu Dhabi.

The sheer scale, intricate details and incredible Arabian architecture are difficult to appreciate fully through photographs — seeing it in person was completely different. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a beautiful building; the visit gave us a sense of the UAE's culture, heritage and vision. We also stayed for the Palace in Motion show, which was the perfect ending and made the entire experience feel even more memorable. A beautifully organised experience from Headout and a genuinely unforgettable visit to one of Abu Dhabi's most remarkable landmarks.

A masterpiece of grandeur, elegance, and serenity. The breathtaking architecture, intricate details, and majestic halls reflect the rich heritage and vision of the UAE. But beyond its beauty, there is a profound sense of peace here. Walking through its magnificent spaces, surrounded by light, symmetry, and silence, feels almost timeless.

The tickets from Headout were discounted! Always rely on headout, not just to purchase tickets but to plan trips as well. It was a great visit. Ample parking, though a bit far but then a nice short bus ride takes you to the palace. Took 2hrs for the visit, a souvenir shop along with a cafe on exit. Overall a good visit with kids👍

Beautifully picturesque building - absolutely stunning. Not sure how it could be improved further other than by having better food and more accessible snack options, but it is an official government building so the limited snacking options was understandable. This tour has to be done at least once.

Very impressive palace giving greatness atmosphere and spaciousness although being recently built. Also having documentary sections illustarting Emirates efforts and contribution to Space Era, Evolution of Printing Lithography, Gifts received by sovereign family, and History of Arabic Transcripts.
